For small businesses
Great benefits for a small team. No health plan to run.
Health is personal. So are their benefits. Every person on your team gets a care team of their own, a monthly allowance for the insurance that fits them, and the rest for what keeps them well. You set one number. We do everything else.
Teams of 2 to 49 in D.C., Maryland and Northern Virginia. Start any month, not just January.
How it works
One number from you. Three things for them.
What your people see, in the order they see it. Tap a step.
The member app, as your people will see it in January.
Build it · Step 1 of 3
Four ways to think about it. Or make your own.
Benefits are part of pay. Pick the philosophy that matches yours and we set the numbers. Every one of them includes Whole Care for everyone on the team, at $45 a month per person.
Or build your own
Move the numbers. Watch the ledger follow.
A team of twelve, a month
Roughly what the same twelve cost on an average small-business group plan today. Flat next year, because you say so. Illustrative; we model yours on your census.
What your people get
A care team that knows them.
A dedicated care team
A physician, a nurse and a care concierge who know the whole picture. Their doctor if they need one, or a team around the doctor they already have.
Support for the burden
Getting care has become a job. Their team manages the specialists, the referrals, the approvals and the bills, so they don’t have to.
A long view of health
More than symptom management. A baseline visit, a plan built around their goals, and a doctor who acts proactively.
Whole family care
One team who knows and cares for the whole household, so a parent isn’t the care coordinator.
Build it · Step 2 of 3
Build a team. See the number.
Tap people in and out of the team and watch the ledger move. Each one spends the same budget their own way. Whole Care is included for all of them at no cost to them. Premiums are illustrative 2026 individual rates for the D.C. area, by age.
Add someone like you
Three questions.
What a top-up is
Allowances follow the numbers you set in step 1: more at forty and at fifty, more for a spouse and for children. A top-up is their own money, often less than they contribute to a group plan today. Unspent allowance stays in their account for care; it does not pay out as cash.
Your team of eight, a month
Beside what you could do instead
Step 3 of 3 · Keep your number
We send the ledger for the team you built, and a real person follows up once. No census needed.
Step 3 of 3 · Sent
Group plan figures use national small-business averages (KFF 2025) for singles and families. Illustrative; we model yours on your census.
Beside what they could do instead
Buy on their own, buy one plan for all, or give each person a number and a team.

Owner questions
What owners ask first.
Is this real insurance?
Yes. Your people buy the same individual plans sold in their state, with your allowance. Whole Care is the care team on top. It is a membership for primary care, not insurance.
Won’t people pick a cheap plan and skip care?
That is the failure we built this to fix. Every person gets the care team free, before they ever touch a deductible.
Do they shop alone?
Never. The care concierge and a licensed advisor walk each person through a short list for their ZIP code, with your allowance already applied.
Can they keep their doctors?
Yes. The plans they can buy include the ones they have now.
Is it compliant? We have no HR team.
Under fifty employees there is no affordability test. We handle the notice, the plan document and the reporting through an ICHRA, the federal arrangement this is built on. You run payroll as usual.
What about our broker?
Bring them. They keep broker of record and their commission. We do the service work.
How is it priced?
Your allowance, plus $45 a month per enrolled employee for Whole Care, families included, plus a small platform fee. The whole stack on one page, next to what you pay today.
What if it doesn’t work?
Twelve-month term. Leave at the end of year one, and half the year-one Whole Care fee back if you do not renew.
